E-learning around the world

Eighth grade twins, Francis and Francisca Peprah, needed to travel to Ghana to be with extended family, so they simply packed up their chromebooks and left. They are able to continue 8th grade, without any downtime, due to Tree of Life’s synchronous e-learning platform.

In addition to keeping up with classes, the Peprahs hosted a virtual field trip with their class. Through google meet they introduced the local neighborhood, favorite food, and explained what daily life is like in Ghana. 

Students have also joined us from China, Guatemala, and Mongolia for short-term programs. Dragon Cheng is a very dedicated senior, who e-learns every night in China from 8pm-3am local time, and will graduate from Tree in May. 

The global pandemic has truly made us a global classroom and school.
