2016 Tree of Life Seniors

The anticipation is great for what God has in store for the Tree of Life Christian High School’s graduating class of 2016. We concluded a fantastic school year of increasing our awareness of the presence of God as a purposeful growth theme.

This year’s senior class was outstanding in so many aspects. The leadership they demonstrated amongst their peers was exemplary. Maybe when you have three Eagle Scouts in the group it helps.

The enthusiasm toward digging deep into the Word of God was an encouragement to all. Four members of the graduating class made the commitment to continue this as a top educational priority by extending their studies to the Word of Life Bible Institute and the International House of Prayer.

Spiritual sensitivity to the promptings of the Holy Spirit was a mark of this class throughout the year and to the end when even during their senior trip two students wanted to be baptized in a creek in the Smoky Mountains.

There are many markers of academic excellence for this class. Our AP passing rate currently is a 100% for our English students and 75% total AP passing rate for all other courses, well surpassing the national averages.

We are grateful for the encouragement the class of 2016 has brought to our community. We will miss them greatly, but excited to propel them into their next steps. Brent Davis, High School Principal
